Initiate Your Request
Log into your POSTERA account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all protective materials included to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
